6 modes of operation: quickly flash, slowly flash, continuous on, blue, red, green.
Each glove powered by 2 x CR-2032 button cell batteries (included). 
You can change the batteries on your own.
You can change the light modes by pressing the button on the wrist.
The wrist of the glove is stretchable.
